The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has requested a credit from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Multimodal Transport and Logistics Project (PTML) and intends to use part of the sums granted under this financing to make the payments planned under the contract for Supply, delivery, installation and calibration of various navigation aid equipment in two lots: lot 01 NDB (Non Directional Beacon) radio beacon, lot 02 Supplements to light panels for guiding aircraft on the ground, each lot is indivisible. 2. The PTML / Aéroports De Madagascar Project Coordination Unit (ADEMA) solicits closed offers from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications for the supply, delivery, installation and calibration of various navigation aid equipment in two lots: lot 01: NDB (Non Directional Beacon) radio beacon, lot 02: Complements of aircraft ground guidance light panels, including factory reception and on-site training. The execution times are eight (08) months for Lot 01 and ten (10) months for Lot 02 after the Service Order to begin the services. Inspections and tests will be carried out at the factory and at the place of final destination. The warranty period will be twenty-four (24) months after delivery. No margin of preference
