Contract Description
The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to all facilities belonging to Świdnica Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanyzacji w Świdnica Sp. z o. o., in accordance with the principles contained in the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law).
