Execution of the work: Construction of a 110/20/10 kV transformer station, in the area of ​​the Someseni neighborhood, Cluj-Napoca Municipality, will be done according to the attached documentation. Synthesis of the proposed works: Object C1: LES 110 kV connection - replacement of the network and expansion of the LES 110 kV network in order to connect the new station. The designed transformation station will fit into the existing 110 kV loop as follows: Cluj Est - Someseni - Alverna - Cluj Sud - Floresti. Object C2: Construction of 110/20/10 kV 110 kV Someseni transformer station. It will be an outdoor type station in semi-high installation, the line cells and the transformer cells will each be equipped with a switch, terminal box and command-control cabinet and projections with digital terminals. The secondary circuit cabinets will be installed in the stations control room. Object C3: Medium voltage connections: – extension works of the existing medium voltage network up to the newly designed station. PTs will be modernized, including the establishment of new PTs. After the completion and commissioning of the Someseni 110/20/10 kV transformer station, the existing MV distributors in the area will be partially supplied with electricity, by installing 3 MV 10 kV LES, with 3xa2XS2Y 1x240/25 mmp cable, partially taking over the electricity supply from Petrolifer, Aeroport and Branului distributors, currently supplied from the transformer station 400/110/10 kV Cluj-Est. Object C4: Digitization The 110/20/10 kV Station will be served by a coordinated command - control and protection system, with equipment in digital technology, with a microprocessor.
