Ladies and Gentlemen, the Regional Center for Social Policy in Lublin requests you to send a quote for the service entitled: Delivery of office supplies for the needs of the Regional Center for Social Policy in Lublin and the Adoption Center and its representative offices, the description of which is attached to this invitation. The price proposal presented by you does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code. The inquiry serves to estimate the value of the future order and does not oblige the Regional Center for Social Policy in Lublin to conclude a contract with the contractor.
