A herd of sheep grazing near the transmitter below Radobýl

Ensuring the grazing of two areas near the transmitter below Radobýl by a herd of sheep numbering approximately 70 animals, postal code No. 5117/8 of Litoměřice district, according to the drawings above the orthophoto map, which is attached to this procurement procedure. Area No. 1 has an area defined by the drawing of 0.3567 ha. Area No. 2 has an area defined by the drawing of 0.2770 ha, due to the presence of woody plants, the grazed area is reduced by 20% to 0.2216 ha. This is a very frequented location, which also includes a parking lot, which is the starting point for the Radobyl Hill - there are therefore higher costs for guarding the herd. The local vegetation has the character of dry steppe grasslands (T.3.4D), i.e. it has low nutritional value. For these reasons, the price is increased compared to the basic rate stated in the "Costs of usual measures of the MoE". The measure also includes the transport of animals to the location and the provision of necessary care for the herd during grazing. The measure does not include mowing of stubble. Grazing will take place in accordance with the approved standard PPKD 02-003:2015 Grazing, which is an appendix to this procurement procedure. The measure will be implemented by 31 July 2019.
