1. The subject of task no. 3 is the delivery, installation and calibration of symphony orchestra lighting together with effect lighting with an LED source in the Concert Hall. 2. The subject of the order includes 7 lamps with a Fresnel lens. 3. Minimum requirements for each of the 7 lamps supplied - NOTE, additional functionality is the criterion for evaluating offers for this task: 1) LED source based on a multi-colored diode system consisting of a minimum of 5 colors, including Red, Green, Blue, Lime and any one; 2) The light output of the device is not less than 10,050 spherical lumens. 3) Zoom operating range (width of the emitted beam) variable in the range of at least 13° to 44° controlled by DMX. 4) The device has the ability to linearly control the operation of the cooling system via a dedicated DMX channel, including automatic regulation and percentage thresholds, including 100 percent operation mode. 5) The device has a DMX operating mode giving at least 14-bit resolution control over brightness and color parameters. 6) The device offers the option of operating in high brightness or high light quality mode. 7) Adjustable operating frequency of the LED source from a minimum of 5,000 Hz to a maximum of 25,000 Hz. 8) The average operating noise of the device is a maximum of 25 dBA; 9) Firmware update possible via dedicated software and DMX interface. 10) The device must have a powerCON TRUE1 connector for powering the device. 11) The device must have a powerCON TRUE1 connector for powering additional devices. 12) A pair of 5pin XLR sockets in the I/O system. 13) The diameter of the fresnel lens should be at least 190 mm; 14) The device housing is made of cast aluminum. 15) Total weight of the device not exceeding 6.5–10 kg; 16) The device must enable continuous operation without interruption for at least 240 hours. 17) Tightness no less than IP20. 18) Possibility to change the color temperature. 19) The delivered device must be color calibrated. 20) The device should have at least 5 modes for DMX operation, including one mode occupying 1 DMX channel controlling at least a dimmer and one mode occupying no more than 10 DMX channels controlling at least a dimmer, all LED colors, zoom and fan operating modes. 21) The device should have a display and buttons enabling control and operation of the device without a console, including ready-made presets and sequences. 22) The device should have a display and buttons enabling device addressing. 23) The device should operate at a temperature ranging from at least 10 to 40 degrees Celsius. 24) The device should have a dedicated safety rope installation point. 25) The height of the device in the working position (lighting vertically down) cannot be higher than 650 mm, counting from the lens to the axis of the mounting pipe on which the supplied hook is attached. 4. Accessories: Each device must be supplied with a hook for a 50 mm pipe enabling suspension of the device, two certified black steel cables adequate to the weight of the device (for the wings and the device), wings dedicated by the manufacturer, mounted on the device, enabling the limitation of the area of the illuminated object - swivel, a two-meter power cable terminated on one side with a powerCON True1 and Schuko plug.
