Provision of transport services with a guardian – transport of pupils of the Czarnków Municipality in the 2026/2027 school year Task No. 2
Performance of a transport service in the form of regular special passenger transport, consisting in the transport to educational institutions of the Czarnków Commune: a) children covered by pre-school education, from the age at which they turned 3 years old in the calendar year in which the 2026/2027 school year begins, b) children subject to compulsory schooling, c) parents, guardians and teachers performing a care-supporting function during transport, d) persons with disabilities participating in the Occupational Therapy Workshops in Gębice. The transport will be used by children residing in the Czarnków Commune, attending educational institutions in the Czarnków Commune, the Town of Czarnków and the Wieleń Commune, as well as children residing in part of the Wieleń Commune, attending educational institutions in the Czarnków Commune. Transport will take place on school days, in accordance with the calendar of educational activities for the 2026/2027 school year for a period of 10 months, i.e. from 01.09.2026 to 25.06.2027, as well as on days when educational institutions are obliged to provide students with care and educational classes or on which students will be making up other days exempt from didactic classes. The detailed scope, routes, quality and organisational requirements and other conditions for the performance of the contract subject are specified in the SWZ together with attachments. The service must ensure the transport to and from school of students and care for students during journeys, taking into account student safety, punctuality of transport and the shortest possible travel time for students. The service will be performed using the Contractors fleet. The Contractor is obliged to adapt an appropriate quantity and size of means of transport to the order in order to carry out transport in accordance with the timetable and the number of transported students. The Contracting Authority excludes the possibility of claims by the Contractor due to incorrect price calculation or omission of elements necessary for the proper performance of the contract subject. The route constitutes: Circuit No. 4. SP Sarbia, Circuit No. 5. SP Huta grades I-III, Circuit No. 6. ZSP Śmieszkowo grades I-III, Circuit No. 7. SP Gębice (2 buses). The detailed timetable is specified in the attachment to the contract.
