Contract Award Notice: Voluntary Septic Conversion Program Section 27 Awarded Vendor: Awarded Vendor (See Notice Details / Attached Statement) Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details: The Work consists of constructing the on-site sewage conveyance system conversion for up to 105 parcels located northwest of the intersection of Foothills Drive and Wagonwheel Drive, transitioning from septic to the public sewer system. The work includes all necessary construction efforts to implement the conversions, based on figures prepared by the Engineer, including but not limited to, the abandonment of the existing septic system in accordance with the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) requirements, installing sewer laterals to connect to the existing City of Henderson sanitary sewers, and restoring the existing site improvements impacted by the construction.
