Description & Project Overview
The Barangay Government of Kiloloron, through its Barangay Development Fund (BDF) for the year 2026, is allocating the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (200,000.00) as the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) for the Installation of Public Address System for Disaster and Emergency Management of Barangay Kiloloron, Real Quezon, under solicitation/advertisement number brgy-2026-001. Bids that exceed the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.Barangay Kiloloron invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the said project. Completion of the project is expected within seven (7) calendar days. Bidders must have completed a similar project. The qualifications of bidders are stated in the Bidding Documents.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”, criterion in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Barangay Hall of Kiloloron on December 2, 2026.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired from October 21,2026 to November 2, 2026 at the Barangay Hall of Kiloloron upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (500.00).Bids must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat at the Barangay Hall of Kiloloron on or before December 2, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the Bidding Documents.Bid opening will be held on December 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Barangay Hall of Kiloloron.
