Procurement of Hygiene Kits

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HYGIENE KITS ITB No. 2026-055 1. The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Pesos (PhP 4,434,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Hygiene Kits. The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for the Procurement of Hygiene Kits through Competitive Bidding. The delivery period shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed contracts similar to the Project within the period and subject to the requirements prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in the applicable provisions on Instructions to Bidders.3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion, in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.Bidding is open to all eligible bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided under the applicable procurement laws, rules, and regulations.4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Mondays to Fridays, except holidays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.5. The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. through video conferencing via Google Meet, which shall be open to prospective Bidders.7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the BAC Office of the Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital on or before December 1, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the Bidding Documents. Bid opening shall be conducted immediately after the deadline for submission of bids at the BAC Office of the Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital.
