PRICE REGISTRATION FOR THE HIRING OF A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN RUBBER SERVICES, FOR VEHICLES BELONGING TO THE MUNICIPAL FLEET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS, QUANTITIES AND REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED IN THIS NOTICE AND ITS ANNEXES. The municipality's vehicle fleet has been growing in quantity, following the demand for transporting people and cargo. It is common knowledge that vehicles normally have high annual mileages, which consequently causes them to wear out, requiring maintenance. The Municipality's workshop is limited, does not accommodate or meet the services required, meaning that the administration is deprived of vehicles, thus compromising the provision of services to the community. On the other hand, equipping the workshop so that it can efficiently meet demand requires the acquisition of equipment, therefore a large amount of investment, which is not possible at the moment. It also requires the hiring of specialized personnel, which puts a burden on the payroll. Given these facts, the best alternative is the acquisition of tire repair services, which, if well monitored, in addition to improving the condition of the vehicles, also results in a reduction in maintenance costs. The need to hire a company specializing in the provision of tire repair services will be to meet the needs of the Secretariats of this City Hall, helping to ensure that the vehicles used by the departments are in perfect condition of use and in good condition at any time, so that the services developed, dependent on the vehicles, do not suffer discontinuity.
