Application SW management and post-implementation support services

Provision of administration services and post-implementation support of the application SW for a maximum of 2 months in the scope of 200 hours of support. The services provided will be performed remotely using the Internet and possibly remote management. The contract includes the following activities: Support for the commissioning of ÚAP modules ensuring the provision of spatial and accompanying data to registered users (Providing documents for ÚAP territorial planning purposes) - (https://uap.nature.cz/); Setting target entities and user rights for expected traffic; Testing the operation of the module in the contractor's internal network - checking the correct synchronization of email notifications, setting a suitable cycle for detecting changes in the provided data; Setting the appropriate format for notification services; Participation in coordination meetings at the Customer's location once every 21 days (unless mutually agreed otherwise) for the duration of the contract. The expected value is the maximum price of the services. The offer price is the price for 1 hour of work.
