Real estate clean-up service - liquidation of illegal garbage dumps on ZWRSP land in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Part 7 - plot no. 353/12, commune City of Mikołajki, commune Mikołajki, plot no. 109/1, rev. Dąbrówka, commune Orzysz.
1. The subject of the order is the real estate clean-up service - liquidation of illegal garbage dumps on ZWRSP land in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The services are related to the removal of various waste (including hazardous), hereinafter referred to as: waste from places not intended for storage and storage (so-called illegal waste dumps/wild dumps) from the areas belonging to the National Agriculture Support Center, Field Branch in Olsztyn. 2. The subject of the order in each task includes all activities related to the cleaning of areas, i.e. surface collection of waste collected from the property, activities related to tidying up the area, including, if necessary, manual collection of accumulated waste along with leveling the area, as well as activities involving mechanical or manual loading of waste onto means of transport in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 3. The scope of the task includes, among others: 1) Sorting (segregation) of waste, 2) Loading sorted waste onto vehicles, 3) Transport of waste to the place of recovery or disposal, 4) In the case of hazardous waste, transfer to the final recovery process or final disposal process by the holder of the waste conducting such a process, 5) Disposal of all waste located on the plots referred to in § 1 section 1 of the contract, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Waste Act), 6) Land clearing after completion of the works and leveling minor surface unevenness resulting from the cleaning works, consisting in cutting off the protrusions, moving the excavated material and backfilling the resulting cavities, 7) Marking the area by placing information boards on the prohibition of dumping garbage, 8) Providing the Ordering Party with Waste Transfer Cards, confirmations of acceptance of waste for disposal documenting the correct transfer of waste to authorized recipients or confirmation of transfer of hazardous waste to the final recovery process or final disposal process by the waste holder conducting such a process. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 7.1.-7.7 (according to parts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) to the SWZ, in the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU), which constitute Annexes No. 4a-4b (PPU dedicated to parts 1, 2 and 3 - Annex 4a, PPU dedicated to parts 4, 5, 6, 7 - Annex No. 4b to the SWZ) and in the price form (indication of quantity), which constitutes Annex No. 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 to the SWZ for parts No. 1, 2 and 3 of the order, respectively. Quantities for lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 are indicated in the description of the subject of the order. 5. The tonnage of disposed waste given in the Description of the subject of the order is indicative and depends on the current facts regarding the amount of collected waste, and may change. 6. The above the order was divided into 7 parts. 7. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 8. Number of parts for which a contractor may submit an offer: 7. 9. The ordering party, in accordance with Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities specified in § 8 section on the basis of an employment relationship. 1 PPU, in the scope of contract execution, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) - applies to all parts of the order.
