The provision of residential social services for 24 children and young people with disabilities from Alba county for whom the Alba Child Protection Commission or the court has decided/ordered the placement according to Law no. 272/2004 - on the respect and promotion of children's rights in Alba county, through which to ensure accommodation, care, non-formal and informal education, the development of personal autonomy, counseling for socio-familial and professional integration according to the provisions of the quality standards in area for residential services for children,
