The subject of the order is the construction of a complex of 12 multi-family residential buildings with 2 above-ground garages and technical infrastructure in the area of ul. Żelazna in Poznań. The project is located in Poznań, in the area of Żelazna Street in Poznań, on plots with registration numbers 1/9, 1/13, 6/2, 6/4, map sheet 4, Kobylepole district. The scope of construction works included in the project includes residential buildings and residential buildings with commercial premises along with the accompanying infrastructure, in particular BZI, internal roads, above-ground parking lots, 2 above-ground multi-story garages, accesses, elements of small architecture, installations and networks to the extent necessary for their proper functioning in accordance with the requirements of the Design Documentation and obtaining all necessary conditions, decisions and arrangements together with the final decision on the occupancy permit. Moreover, the Ordering Party informs that it may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not awarded to it.
