The building consists of three interlocking wings with two, three and four floors. There is an inner courtyard in each of the two- and three-story components, in which façade scaffolding is also necessary. Furthermore, scaffolding and roof edge protection are planned for the outbuilding and the three carports. These are, in particular, work and protective scaffolding, which also serve as fall protection. In the 4-story air space of the square atrium, a work platform is planned on the 3rd floor. Scaffolding is required at the tops of the stairwells. The three carports are secured via flat roof side protection. Staircases and, in some cases, construction elevators are provided both on the scaffolding and roof edge protection on the outside and in the interior.
