The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of licenses for the right to use and software assurance of Microsoft 365 E5 products, with an estimated quantity of 15 units. The indicated quantities areпрогнозни за периода от 12 месеца. Възложителят си запазва правото да не заяви и закупи цялото прогнозно количество или да надвиши количеството до достигане на максималната стойност на договора, катосъщото ще се заплаща по единичните цени, посочени в офертата на избрания Изпълнител. The validity period of the provided right-of-use license/s and software insurance is 36 (thirty-six) months, counted from the date of insurance. 2. The term forprovision of license(s) for right of use and software insurance is up to 15 (fifteen) working days, counted from receipt by the Contractor of the written request under item III of the Technical Specification,submitted by the Contracting Authority. 3. The term for submission of requests is up to 12 (twelve) months, counted from the date of entry into force of the contract. ****** In case it is not a producer, the participant in the publicorder must be duly authorized by the manufacturer of the software or by its official representative for the granted right to carry out distribution of the offered software products tothe territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The participant proves its compliance with the set requirement by applying an authorization letter or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or byhis official representative, in Bulgarian or accompanied by a Bulgarian translation of his Technical Proposal; In cases of presentation by the Participant in the public procurement ofan authorization letter from an official representative of the manufacturer (or an equivalent document) and an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer (or an equivalent document in Bulgarian oraccompanied by a translation into Bulgarian), which authorizes the official representative of the manufacturer to grant authorization to third parties. ****** The stage authorization requirement setsubmission of offers, is justified by the subject of the order and represents a guarantee for its timely and high-quality performance.
