The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of test tubes for thickening feces (hereinafter referred to as the goods), described in detail and in the quantities given in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.
