Contract Description
The subject of the purchase is the collection of mixed municipal waste for the recovery process using procedures R1, R3, R4 or D8 (key waste number: 20 03 01) from the Waste Management Center (CGO) Marišćina, at the address Pogled 2/4, Marčelji, 51216 Viškovo. The client determines the method of the recovery procedure in accordance with Article 21 of the Law on Waste Management (Official Gazette 84/2021), respecting the basic requirements and priority order of waste management in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the same Law.
