Description & Project Overview
The object of the procedure is the awarding of a Framework Agreement for the provision of complete protection for interventions in special actions. The nature of the missions that the Special Intervention Brigade of the Gendarmerie executes, according to the provisions of Law no. 550/2004 regarding the organization and operation of the Romanian Gendarmerie, requires the unit to be equipped with complete protective equipment for interventions in special actions, these being provided for in the equipment and endowment regulations.
