The subject of the order is the provision of interior cleaning services and cleaning of the external area belonging to the property, together with the performance of maintenance and repair works in the facilities of the District Prosecutors Office in Elbląg and in subordinate units of district prosecutors offices, along with the provision of cleaning and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be provided in the following organizational units: Part II - District Prosecutors Office in Iława, ul. Gen. Andersa 2, 14-200 Iława. PART II - performance of the service of the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutors Office in Iława, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in the building with a total cleaning area of ​​1,146.48 m2, including: - daily cleaning area - 625.10 m2, - occasional cleaning area - 521.38 m2, b) maintaining the cleanliness of the external areas belonging to the above-mentioned. real estate with a total area - 1,203 m2, including: - paved surface - 808 m2, - green areas - 395 m2. The external area will be kept clean in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, consolidated text), in particular the provisions of Art. 5 section 1 point 4, by daily sweeping the sidewalks and the driveway made of cobblestones and granite blocks, cleaning up mud, depending on the weather conditions - snow and ice and other dirt (collecting garbage, papers, leaves, etc.) along with eliminating the effects of winter, c) maintenance and repair works (conservation services): - in a maximum of 180 hours during the contract period, and the settlement will be based on the services actually performed and actual hours worked, according to the rates indicated by the Contractor, - The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order in the scope of conservation activities corresponding to at least 72 man-hours, i.e. 40% of the estimated number of man-hours indicated in the ToR and the offer form.
