DR. JOSÉ ARTUR NOVA, WIDENING AND REQUALIFICATION OF RUA SALVADOR DE MEDEIROS AND ACCESS TO RUA LANGUAGE ESPERANTO – SÃO MIGUEL PAULISTA – IN THE EAST ZONE OF SÃO PAULO – SP In case of disagreement between the specifications of the object of this Competition described in the Federal Government's Purchasing Portal System and those contained in the Terms of Reference - Annex I of this Notice, the latter will prevail.
