Contract Description
The contracting authority assesses that the terms in the procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b have been met. The assessment is based on the contracting authority ́s necessary functionality, integration and a complete SaaS system within the necessary time frame. The lack of competition is due to the contracting authority ́s assessment that the procurement has not been adapted to a specific supplier.
