Reactive and Consumable UTS The Contracting Authority applies the criterion best quality ratio for batches 1 to 15 in the unit for batch 1 to 960 in the contracting authority. The reactants and consumables subject to the procedure, batches 1-15, will be purchased from the same supplier who will supply all the reactants in the 1 to 15-item list and will present a certificate from the manufacturer of the reactant attesting to the compatibility of the reagents in the Biorad line of our units supply. The reagents of the 1-15 and 1-15 items are interdependent - they are of the same type as the reactors (hemoderm) and are of a different type as required by the manufacturers to use the reagent in the same manufacturer, and in case of a valid reaction, no test of the use of reagents is required.
The competent authority of the Contracting State shall apply the requirements of paragraphs 1 to 15 of the first subparagraph of Article 1 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 to the competent authority for the manufacture of a product or service, and shall apply those requirements to the manufacturer of a particular product or product or to the supplier of a specific product or services.
