Provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services for company cars owned by IAEO Providing services for out-of-warranty maintenance of company cars, owned by IAOS, managed by RL- Burgas
The purpose of the public procurement is to select contractors and to conclude contracts with them for the repair of motor vehicles, according to models, type, brand and technical data for the cars specified in List of cars - Appendix No. 1 to this documentation, owned by IAEO and managed by RL Burgas. The subject of the order, including each of the individual positions, includes the performance of the following activities: technical maintenance, current and major repairs, auto body and auto painting services, including delivery and/or replacement of auto parts, assemblies, details and materials of motor vehicles owned by IAES. A change may occur in Appendix No. 1 to the documentation. The contracting authority determines estimated quantities of motor vehicles, reserving the right during the execution of the contract to change these quantities in the case of the purchase and sale of new motor vehicles or the decommissioning (scraping) of motor vehicles from its fleet and the transfer of cars from the CL of the IAOS to the RL and vice versa, as well as between individual RLs. A change in the List of cars according to Appendix No. 1 of this documentation is carried out by means of a notification letter to the Contractor. IMPORTANT! * The purchase of car tires is not part of the order! *Spare parts, materials and consumables used in the repair work must correspond to the relevant make and model of the motor vehicle and must be new, unused and not recycled. *The contractor reserves the right to separately purchase small consumables related to the normal and safe movement of motor vehicles on the national road network, such as light bulbs, brake fluid, wipers, antifreeze, engine oil in emergency situations, in order to preserve the motor vehicle engine, etc. A detailed description of all planned activities is contained in the technical specification attached to the documentation.
