Invitation to bid for furnishing labor, materials and equipment rentals for the construction of warehouse building, capitol compound, boac marinduque sp bac infra 2026 – 09 – 011 the provincial government of marinduque, through the 20% df – cys 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024, reprogrammed sb no. 4 cy 2024 – construction of provincial warehouse building (phase i) capitol, bangbangalon, boac, - php 5,000,000.00) and 20% df cy 2026 – construction/ rehabilitation/ improvement/ completion of multi – purpose building/public building – construction of warehouse building, capitol, boac (php25,000,000.00) intends to apply the sum of twenty- nine million eight hundred twenty – nine thousand one hundred three pesos (php 29,829,123.17) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for furnishing labor, materials and equipment rentals for the construction of warehouse building, capitol compound, boac marinduque (sp bac infra 2026 – 09 - 011). bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. the provincial government of marinduque now invites bids for furnishing labor, materials and equipment rentals for the construction of warehouse building, capitol compound, boac marinduque (sp bac infra 2026 – 09 - 011). completion of the works is required to be completed in 350 calendar days. bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders (itb). bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the irr, otherwise known as the “new government procurement act (ngpa)”. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. interested bidders may obtain further information from provincial government of marinduque and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on october 7 - 27, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of twenty – five thousand pesos (p25,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. the provincial government of marinduque will hold a pre-bid conference on october 15, 2026, 1:30pm at the provincial procurement office, admin bldg. capitol compound, bangbangalon, boac, marinduque and livestream via facebook page of the procuring entity which shall be open to prospective bidders. bids must be duly received by the special priority bids and awards committee (bac) secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before october 27, 2026, 1:30pm
