The municipality of Großenbrode intends to convert existing rooms at the Großenbrode primary school into an open all-day school (OGS). As part of the funding application for the expansion of the OGS at the Großenbrode primary school, the demolition of the existing connecting corridor between the primary school and the sports hall is planned. This is to be replaced by a new two-storey connecting building. The aim of the measure is to adapt the existing floor space in the primary school to meet demand and to create the spatial prerequisites for long-term, future-proof use of the OGS. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The estimated construction costs amount to €882,306.00 net for cost group 300 and €344,257.00 net for cost group 400. The subject of the award procedure is planning services for the scope of services specialist structural engineering planning in accordance with Section 51 HOAI (German Regulation on Fees for Architects and Engineers), service phases 1 - 6 and special services. The commissioning will take place in stages. For this purpose, firms are invited to participate in the competition that cover the aforementioned scope of services and have realised comparable measures in the past. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The following procedure will be conducted: In Phase 1, potential applicants are requested to submit their applications to participate with the required evidence. In Phase 2, the submitted applications to participate are examined and the number of admitted applicants is limited. The applicants from Phase 2 will be separately invited to a negotiated procedure.
