Description & Project Overview
New construction of a nursing home with 80 places, including living space, living space, premises for daily activities and public spaces as well as the associated outdoor environment with location in Osby urban area. The new construction is to be linked with the existing building, Rönnebacken, on the same site property to enable the transport of food and personnel between the buildings. The project also includes coordination with existing infrastructure. The project is procured as a general contract and must be implemented as a turnkey contract according to ABT 06
