Implementation of cleaning services for business premises of VDC POLŽ Maribor - reserved public contract. The contracting authority awards the subject public contract as a reserved public contract in accordance with Article 31 of the ZJN-3 for the reason that it does not meet the quota for employment of disabled persons and intends to, based on the provisions of Article 64 of the Act on Employment Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 16/07 – official consolidated text, 87/11, 96/12 – ZPIZ-2, 98/14 and 18/21) with the realization of this public contract, to reduce the obligation to pay a contribution for encouraging the employment of disabled people by filling the quota instead.
