Grounds and green maintenance South-East
The scope of the Assignment is to carry out green and site maintenance in accordance with a best efforts obligation, with the guideline that the maintenance after implementation must at least comply with image quality level B as described in the CROW publication Beeldmetrics for Open Space 2023. This means that at the moment after maintenance work has been carried out, the image (visually observable quality) must correspond to level B. Outside these moments, the image quality does not have to continuously comply with level B. The Client therefore primarily assesses the quality at the time of inspection after implementation. This plot includes part of the Locations, as stated in appendix 11 and in the price sheet of the relevant Plot. 1
