The subject of the order is the provision of interior cleaning services and cleaning of the external area belonging to the property, together with the performance of maintenance and repair works in the facilities of the District Prosecutors Office in Elbląg and in subordinate units of district prosecutors offices, along with the provision of cleaning and hygiene products necessary for this purpose. The services will be provided in the following organizational units: Part IV - District Prosecutors Office in Braniewo, ul. Sądowa 1, 14-500 Braniewo. PART IV - performance of the service of the subject of the contract in the building of the District Prosecutors Office in Braniewo, including: a) maintaining cleanliness in rooms with a total cleaning area - 199.95 m2, including: - daily cleaning area - 187.47 m2, - occasional cleaning area - 12.48 m2, b) maintenance and repair works (conservation services): - a maximum of 144 hours at the District Prosecutors Office in Braniewo during the term of the contract, and the settlement will be based on the services actually performed and the actual hours worked, according to the rates indicated by the Contractor, - the Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order in the field of conservation activities corresponding to at least 58 man-hours, i.e. 40% of the estimated number of man-hours indicated in the SWZ and the offer form, c) mowing grass on the construction plot at ul. Moniuszki/Zielona in Braniewo - with a total area of ​​1,549 m2: - The Ordering Party assumes 54 man-hours of performing the grass mowing service during the entire period of the contract, - The assumed number of man-hours was estimated assuming the service was performed for 3 hours per month in the months from May to October of each year of the contract, i.e. for a total of 18 months during the 36-month period of the contract,
