Office of the bids and awards committee invitation to bid the municipal government of daraga, albay, invites contractors registered with and classified by the philippine contractors accreditation board (pcab) to bid for the herein stated construction project: ref. no. infra-26-007 project name implementation and monitoring of pamana project-construction of namantao-maopi road, daraga, albay phase 1, location of project daraga albay contract duration 227 days abc 75,000,000.00 source of fund: trust fund bids received in excess of the abcs shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 12009 (ra 12009), otherwise known as the “ new government procurement act.” bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. prospective bidder that possesses a valid pcab license with a size & range of medium b on roads and above is qualified for this project. upon submission of letter of intent (loi), bidder should present original eligibility documents (ntp, contract & certificate of completion) of a completed similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the abc. interested bidders shall submit letter of intent together with downloaded itb, document request list (drl) from philgeps, a notarize authorization letter for this project & company i.d.
