1. The contract is for the completion of comprehensive construction and installation work under the project, namely: PROXIMA Building thermal modernization, which includes: 1) heating the exterior walls and roof of the building, 2) modernising and restoring the floor with thin-film tiles and a ventilated facade with perforated steel sheet, 3) replacing the window and door frames, sheetwork, trimming and steel fittings, 4) installing a stairwell for people with special needs, 5) building new installations: removal, electrical, air conditioning and ventilation, 6) repairing necessary work equipment, and manufacturing documentation, 7)The detailed description of the subject of the contract shall specify the Description of the object of the order constituting Annex 2 to the TSI and the draft provisions of the agreement constituted Annex 9 to the TSO.
