ASSISTANCE À MAÎTRISE D'OUVRAGE DANS LE CADRE DES TRAVAUX D'EXTRACTION DE SÉDIMENTS ET D'APPROFONDISSEMENT DU CHENAL D'ACCÈS AU PORT DE L'OUEST GUYANAIS Le marché a pour objet d'assister la CCOG dans la préparation, la programmation et l'accompagnement des opérations nécessaires à l'extraction des sédiments et à l'approfondissement du chenal d'accès au Port de l'Ouest. Le titulaire intervient exclusivement en qualité d'assistant à maîtrise d'ouvrage : il prépare, analyse, alerte, accompagne et conseille, sans se substituer à la CCOG dans ses décisions ni à l'entreprise dans ses responsabilités d'exécution.
