Design and construction of apartments at ul. Brzozowicka (currently at Złota Street - due to the construction of a new road) in Będzin - for STAGE 2, Task IIA, on plot no. 1364/11 in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in this SWZ, Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Task IIA will be divided into the following two phases: PHASE 1 - preparation of executive design documentation for buildings for Task IIA (buildings II.A1, II.B1 and II.B2) and construction and executive documentation for connections and networks for Task IIA, PHASE 2 - construction works for buildings for Task IIA (buildings II.A1, II.B1 and II.B2), execution of development, connections and networks to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for the building.
