The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of public services in the transport of passengers in order to ensure transport services in accordance with Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on Regions, as amended, and § 2 of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on Public Services in Passenger Transportation and on Amendments to Other Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Services Act") in the territory of the Olomouc Region. The subject of performance of the public contract is specified in more detail in the business and payment conditions and in other annexes to the procurement documentation.
