Republic of the philippines province of aurora municipality of dipaculao invitation to bid a. the local government unit (lgu) of dipaculao, aurora, through its bids and awards committee (bac) invites contractors to apply to bid for the following contracts: 1. a) contract id.: 2026-10-08 b) contract name: improvement of barangay stage (salay) c) contract location: barangay salay, dipaculao, aurora d) approved budget for the contract (abc): php 1,000,000.00 e) scope of works: removal of structure & obstruction, embankment from borrow, concrete works, reinforcing steel (deformed grade 40), masonry works, formwork and falsework, cement plaster finish, pre painted metal sheets rib type, fabricated metal roofing accessory, structural steel purlins, metal structure accessories, electrical works, plumbing works, ceiling works, painting works (steel), project billboard (lgu-dipaculao), occupational safety and health. f) contract duration: 60 c.d. g) cost of bid documents: 1,000.00 bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with r.a. 12009 and its revised implementing rules and regulations (irr). bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at the opening of bids. the bidder must purchase bid documents and must meet the following major criteria. a) filipino citizen of 75% filipino-owned partnership, corporation, cooperative, or joint venture with pcab license applicable to the type and cost of the contract. b) completion of at least two (2) years back similar contract costing at least 50% of abc to be bid. c) net financial contracting capacity at least equal to abc or credit line commitment (clc) for at least 10% of abc. the bac will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check and preliminary examination of bids. the significant times and deadline of procurement activities are shown below: 1. issuance of bidding documents: october 7, 2026 – october 29, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 2. pre bid: october 19, 2026 9:00 am bac office 3. receipt of bids, october 28, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 4. opening of bids, october 29, 2026, 9:00 a.m. bac office the bac will issue hand copies of bidding documents (bd’s) at the bac lgu-dipaculao, aurora, upon payment of non-refundable fee stated above for bidding documents. bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the amount and acceptable form, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb. it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps). prospective bidders shall submit their duly accomplishment forms as specified in the bd’s in two (2) separate sealed bid envelopes to the bac chairman. the first envelop shall contain the technical component of the bid, which shall include the eligibility requirements. the second envelop shall contain the financial component of the bid. contract will be awarded to the lowest calculated responsive bid as determined in the bid evaluation and the post qualification. the lgu-dipaculao reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders. for further information, please refer to: leticia f. combis bac-chairman lgu-dipaculao tel# (042)7145429 noted: danilo a. tolentino municipal mayor
