Description & Project Overview
A new facade plaster will be applied to the existing scratch plaster of the listed building. The substrate was tested for adhesion and tensile strength. Plaster repairs are planned for around 15% of the area. All facade panels will be replaced. The roof drainage, including gutters and downpipes, will be replaced by the roofing trade, and the window panels will be replaced by the external plastering trade. Scope of the service Repair 150 m2 of existing plaster 400 pieces, areas <2.50 m2, repair existing plaster 3100 m2
