1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable and multi-use equipment for the hemodynamic laboratory and electrophysiology laboratory for the M. Kopernik City Specialist Hospital in Torun, divided into 15 parts - Part 15 - Cardiowerters III. 2. The exact description of the subject of contract is set out in Annex 1 to the OCT, which also constitutes an assortment and price form. The contract must be authorised for placing on the market and use in accordance with the Law of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical products, EU Directive 2017/746 on in vitro medical procurement.
