Sea transport of fuels is carried out for the German Navy essentially ensured by civil-commercial contractors (AN). Furthermore, within the framework of Host Nation Support (HNS), sea transport of fuel for ships and boats of foreign naval forces must be guaranteed. The supply area extends to the national area of the North and Baltic Sea coasts. A framework agreement (RV) for >250 cbm up to ≤1,000 cbm should be concluded for these civil-commercial transport services.
