Pursuant to point 7 Terms of Order Specification (SWZ): Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure specified by the Ordering Party regarding technical or professional capacity may apply for the award of the contract. The Ordering Party does not apply the capacity levels specified in the regulations issued pursuant to Art. 5 section 4 or 5 of the Act of August 5, 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors.
