The subject of the public contract is the processing of the individual phases/stages of the project documentation (or project documentation) for the development of plot No. 5/2 in the Staré Brno district, including the provision of engineering activities during the development of complete project documentation and the creation of a work of art, in accordance with the competition proposal that the selected participant in the Competition submitted in the Competition implemented by the contracting authority. Part of the subject of public contract performance is also the provision of a license to the processed project documentation and its physical capture, for the entire duration of the protection of property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier. Part of the scope of performance is also procurement (engineering) activity, cooperation with the client in removing defects and unfinished works and putting the building into use and author's supervision. The scope of performance also includes the delivery and installation of the artwork, including the provision of a license to the artwork, for the entire duration of the protection of property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier.
