Republic of the philippines lgu-tigaon, camarines sur caraycayon, tigaon, camarines sur -o0o- bids & awards committee invitation to bid supply and delivery of drugs and medicines for immediate treatment to patients requiring medical intervention, support emergency, outpatient and inpatient services project id no. goods-26-34 1. the local government unit of tigaon, camarines sur is inviting interested philgeps accredited contractors to apply for eligibility and to submit complete bid for the hereunder project: quantity/unit item description approved budget contract bid docs fee completion period 1 lot drugs and medicines php1,489,200.00 php5,000.00 10 cd after receipt of notice to proceed 2. the schedule of bidding activities is as follows: item no. activities schedule 1 pre-bid conference october 8, 2026 – 2:00 pm executive conference room 2 deadline of dropping of bids october 22, 2026 - 8:30 am bac secretariat's office 3 opening of bids october 22, 2026 - 2:00 pm executive conference room 3. bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedure for open competitive bidding as specified in the irr of ra 9184, with some amendments, as stated in these bidding documents. the contract shall be awarded to the lowest calculated responsive bidder (lcrb) who was determined as such during post qualification. 4. bidders are required to submit a valid certificate of product registration (cpr) for each item issued by the fda (food and drug administration) within the technical documents envelope during the submission of bids. failure to provide this document may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and subject to automatic disqualification. 5. bidders should meet the following major criteria: (a) filipino citizen or 75% filipino owned partnership, corporation, cooperative (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of abc within ten (10) years, and (c) net financial contracting capacity at least equal to abc or credit line commitment for at least 10% of abc. 6. a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the bac secretariat office at 2nd floor, municipal hall, caraycayon, tigaon, camarines sur upon payment of bidding documents’ fee indicated above. it may also be downloaded free of charge from philgeps website provided that bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the bidding documents and presentation of the above-mentioned original documents to the bac not later than the submission of their bids. 7. deadline of submission and opening of bids in two (2) envelopes as specifically prescribed under the instruction to bidders (itb) will be not later than the date & time specified in the above. opening of bids will follow at sb hall, caraycayon, tigaon, camarines sur in the presence of the observers, and bidders who choose to attend. all submitted bids must be in triplicate and complied in accordance with the itb otherwise, bids will be automatically rejected on the ground of non-compliance with the prescribed bid requirements. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of bank draft/guarantee, irrevocable letter of credit issued by a universal commercial bank, surety bond, and/or bid securing declaration. late bids shall not be accepted. 8. the lgu-tigaon, camarines
