Brno – reconstruction of the streets of the historic center

The subject of the work is the execution of project documentation for the streets Jezuitská, Kozí, Beethovenova, Dvořákova, Za Divadlem, Rooseveltova, Mozartova for the implementation of the construction of the reconstruction of the sewerage system and the water supply system with the subsequent full-scale restoration of the road. The sewer drains will be reconstructed in the profile DN 600/900 in length 79 m, DN 500/750 in length 258 m, DN 400 in length 8 m (in ul.- Dvořákova), DN 500/750 in length 267 m, DN 400 in length 89 m, DN 300 in length 31 m. At the same time, DN will be canceled and filled 1000 (400)1350 in a length of 150 m, DN 600/900 in a length of 40 m, DN 500 in a length of 6 m and DN 400 in a length of 6 m (in the section of ul. Jezuitská – Behind Divadlem). The water pipeline will be reconstructed in a DN 500 profile with a length of 139 m, DN 300 with a length of 23 m, DN 150 with a length of 404 m, DN 100 with a length of 217 m (in the section of ul. Jezuitská – Behind the Theater). The project documentation for issuing a building permit will be prepared uniformly. The project documentation for the implementation of the construction and for the selection of the construction contractor will be prepared separately for 5 stages: • Brno - reconstruction of the streets of the historic center, stage I. As part of stage I, Jezuitská street (in the section from Rooseveltova street to Kozí street) will be reconstructed, including the renewal of the surfaces in Kozí street and Beethovenova street. • Brno - reconstruction of the streets of the historic center, II. stage Within stage II. Jezuitská Street (in the section from Koliště Street to Rooseveltova Street) and Za divadlem Street (in the section from Jezuitská Street to Dvořákova Street) will be reconstructed. • Brno - reconstruction of the streets of the historical center, III. stage Within stage III. Dvořákova Street (in the section from Rooseveltova Street to Kozí Street) and Mozartova Street will be reconstructed. • Brno - reconstruction of the streets of the historic center, IV. stage Within stage IV. Dvořákova Street will be reconstructed (in the section from Za Divadlem Street to Rooseveltova Street). • Brno - reconstruction of the streets of the historic center, V. stage Kozí Street will be reconstructed as part of V. stage.
