The city of Helsinki's urban environment department (Kymp) together with (as a procurement ring) the culture and leisure department of the city of Helsinki (Kuva) and the construction services business of the city of Helsinki (Stara) are requesting your offer for the deep tanks and event waste bins specified in the request for tender.
