Contract Description
The purpose of the contract is to monitor the quality of service of on-demand transport intended for people with motor, visual, psychological and mental disabilities Optibus and the associated Optiguide service on part of the territory of the public establishment SYTRAL Mobilités. The service consists of carrying out field checks on all the quality indicators required as well as analyzing and promoting the results to the operator and SYTRAL Mobilités.
