Tenders are invited for Civil engineering and landscaping works
- Site setup including construction fencing, as well as the construction, maintenance, and removal of site access roads and site roads,
- Clearing, clearance, demolition, and dismantling works,
- Earthworks including soil removal, soil exchange, and intermediate storage,
- Construction of foundation and installation areas for the tiny houses,
- Construction of frost protection and gravel base layers as well as installation of geotextiles and geogrids,
- Construction and installation of drainage pipes including the required connection, bedding, and ancillary works,
- Construction of the foul water and rainwater drainage systems including pipes, manholes, connection pipes, and required ancillary works,
- Construction of the required construction power supply including cable laying, connections, and associated ancillary works,
- Construction of the outdoor lighting systems including laying of the required cables and lines, cable protection pipes, foundations, and connection works,
- Construction of paving, paths, access roads, parking spaces, and fire brigade areas,
- Construction of edgings, eaves strips, and transition areas,
- Construction of fence and gate systems as well as the waste enclosure,
- Supply and installation of furnishing elements, bicycle racks, as well as traffic and information signs,
- Construction of vegetated areas including topsoil application as well as lawn, meadow, shrub, perennial, and tree planting,
- Maintenance during the defects liability period as well as final cleaning and restoration of the areas affected by the construction measure.
