Processing of project documentation and performance of copyright supervision for the construction of Nová Rosická - 0th stage

The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation (in the required stages), namely for the realization of the Nová Rosická construction - 0th stage. The assignment of the project Nová Rosická – Stage 0 focuses on the preparation of infrastructure in the area of ​​the new Trnitá district, in the future pre-station area of ​​the new Brno main station. The main goal of this stage is the construction of backbone engineering networks, especially heat pipes, water supply, sewage and storm sewers, high-current and low-current distributions, preparation for blue-green infrastructure. In addition to the above, temporary paved areas will be created to allow access and traffic during further construction following this road. The project also takes into account the need for coordination with other projects in the area, such as: Tram Plotní, demolition of the ramp on the roof of ÚAN Zvonařka, demolition of the mechanization center of Správy železnik, Boulevard, demolition of the buildings of the former ČSAD complex, Uhelná Street, implementation of flood protection measures of stages IX, X, XI including removal of the BVV siding and piece tracks, architectural study of the new Brno Central Station and other plans. After the completion of the 0th stage, the 1st stage will follow, which will deal with the final version of the surfaces - roads, cycle paths, sidewalks, paved areas and landscaping without a tram. The tram line, including stops, will be included in the 2nd stage of Nová Rosická.
