Procurement of special transport services for primary school students of PGŽ, 9 groups Group 3: Frane Petrić Elementary School Cres
Procurement of special transport services for pupils of Frane Petrić Cres Elementary School in accordance with the Bill of Quantities. The stated number of pupils, working days, and settlements within the transport route represent an estimated quantity that may change during the term of the Framework Agreement and individual contracts according to the actual needs of the school. Quality: the carrier must perform the pupil transport service punctually and regularly on every school/working day, in a safe manner, using vehicles that have an appropriate number of seats for the actual number of pupils being transported, according to the routes/lines and the minimum number of vehicles stated in the Bill of Quantities for the procurement lot. The arrival time at school and departure time from school must be adjusted by the carrier to the class schedule, and this must also be agreed with the principal of the elementary school to which the pupils are transported. The carrier undertakes to insure all transported pupils in their capacity as passengers against accidents.
