The purpose of this award procedure is the award of a public procurement contract having as its object the provision of Urban maintenance and regeneration services. In this sense, the general objective of the framework agreement is represented by the performance of activities of: arrangement and maintenance of playgrounds, clearance of land of foreign bodies, grass mowing, sanitisation of playgrounds, planting of dendrological material, maintenance and creation of irrigation systems, etc. Information regarding the estimated minimum and maximum quantities over the entire duration of the framework agreement, the minimum and maximum quantities that could form the object of the smallest and largest subsequent contract respectively are found in Annex no. 2 to the Terms of Reference. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded (if known): During the term of the framework agreement, the contracting authority intends to award subsequent contracts, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference. Information regarding the operation of the framework agreement: 1. Estimated timetable for the award of subsequent contracts: minimum one contract per year, depending on the budgetary allocations available to the contracting authority. 2. Estimates regarding the minimum and maximum value of the framework agreement and of the subsequent contracts - The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement to be concluded is 847,756,246.32 lei without VAT, corresponding to the maximum quantities of services and works that could be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreement; - The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement to be concluded is 212,042,890.48 lei without VAT, corresponding to the minimum quantities of services and works that could be requested over the entire duration of the framework agreement; - The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 106,208,071.23 lei without VAT, corresponding to the maximum quantities of services and works that could be requested over the duration of a subsequent contract; - The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract is 4,274,928.52 lei without VAT, corresponding to the minimum quantities of services and works that could be requested over the duration of a subsequent contract.
